My studio is open to singers ages 8 and up, of all experience levels and musical backgrounds. Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for an audition, or looking to grow in a new style, I’ll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
I specialize in functional vocal cross-training, which means we focus on building a strong, healthy technique that works across multiple styles, from classical to musical theater to pop and beyond. For students preparing for auditions, performances, or college programs, I also offer customized audition coaching and repertoire support.

Teaching Experience
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with singers at the professional, pre-professional, and avocational levels, helping them develop their skills and confidence across a variety of musical styles. My teaching experience spans community music schools, colleges, and private studios, giving me the opportunity to work with diverse learners in many different settings.
While at the Cincinnati School of Music, I taught piano lessons in addition to voice, working with over 100 students in just two years. At the collegiate level, I have held faculty positions at The University of Toledo and Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, where I worked with both undergraduate and graduate voice majors and minors. I also served as a graduate assistant at The Ohio State University, teaching primarily musical theatre minors.
Beyond one-on-one instruction, I have enjoyed serving as a music director for several community theatre productions and as a soprano section leader for multiple church choirs.

Lesson content will vary from person to person based on goals but a typical lesson usually includes a warm-up, technical work, and repertoire. We’ll also talk about interpretation, performance, and how to practice effectively between lessons. For audition prep, we can work on repertoire selection, cuts, technique, and performance confidence.
